I can't install Daz 4.14 manually!!!

I wanted to update my Daz 4.12 to 4.14 manually, but the installer stop installing in "Installing Content Management Service" and nothing happen, I canceled and tried it again, and the problem continues. How can I solve it?

It's as if the installer is at war with itself! It installs DAZPostgresqlCMS_9.3.4.exe near the beginning of the green progress bar then tries to activate it at the end when it hits "Installing Content Management Service" and everything stops. The only way I could get the installation to continue was to stop the DAZPostgresqlCMS_9.3.4.exe process in Windows task manager, but although Daz Studio will then install, it deletes the folder "cms" that has DAZPostgresqlCMS_9.3.4.exe in it. When you start Daz Studio you get an error message saying that DAZPostgresqlCMS_9.3.4.exe is needed to perform this and that. My final solution was to hit the Cancel button during the install after DAZPostgresqlCMS_9.3.4.exe was installed near the beginning of the progress bar, copy the cms file at C:\Program Files\Daz 3D\Daz Studio4\cms, then hit NO in the "Do you want to abort installation?" box. When the resumed install ground to a halt at "Installing Content Management Service" I opened task manager, right-clicked the side arrow on the Daz Studio Installer under Apps to reveal DAZPostgresqlCMS_9.3.4.exe and right-clicked End Task. I got an error message from the installer about problems with Content Mangement installation but the rest of the Daz Studio installation finished. I then pasted the saved version of folder cms\DAZPostgresqlCMS_9.3.4.exe back where it belongs - C:\Program Files\Daz 3D\Daz Studio4\cms\DAZPostgresqlCMS_9.3.4.exe. Since doing this still doesn't solve the error message you get when firing up Daz Studio, I went in the cms folder and doubled clicked DAZPostgresqlCMS_9.3.4.exe. I got a revolving green bar saying "waiting for processes using PostgreSQL CMS to end. There were around 9 instances of PostgreSQL running under processes in addition to DAZPostgresqlCMS_9.3.4.exe in Windows Task Manager and after 45min only 2 had stopped, so I got fed up and End Tasked their asses. A couple regenerated as I was doing this but finally they were gone and suddenly I got a typical Daz installer for DAZPostgresqlCMS_9.3.4. It installed as most Daz products do and now I think my version od Studio 4.14 is working.
