Victoria 4 & Characters not loading morphs

Hi All,
I did a search of the Forum and I didn't get any results back so I don't know if this has been brought up before or not. Sorry if it has:)
I have been using DAZ for about 2 years now and just recently when I go to load a new Victoria 4 character (either Victoria, Aiko, or Stephanie 4) it will not load any of the morphs. I have the Victoria 4 pro package and I can load the morphs manually but that is time consuming and not to mention a pain in the butt. I have tried uninstalling Victoria 4 with DAZ manager and reinstalling it but I still have the same problem. I also tried to change my workspace layout and that didn't work either. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on what to do and how to fix it would be great. Just to let you know when I load a Genesis character either 1 or 2 they load fine.

    That Aiko eye problem usually means that you have more than one V4 installed on your system.

    You can ONLY have one V4 installed in one Runtime folder for it to work properly.

    To fix this, you should search your content for the other V4 and get rid of it, then, uninstall V4, and re-install it to the runtime you want it in.
