Sell a game that contains DS assets?

Hello, is it possible to sell a game created under Unity, which contains Assets from DazStudio, import via the Bridge plugins?

I have read the EULA and it is stipulated that it is forbidden to use 3D assets for commercial purposes, yet this kind of project exists https://store.steampowered.com/app/1245780/Mirage/ Can you give me the email address of a responsible person at Daz3D please. Because I do not know where to turn to request it. Thank you

I think you may be reading the EULA incorrectly   You cannot print and sell 3d modles without applying for an additional licanese. This is not the interactive license, which deals with the actual geometry of the content that Daz 3d sells.  Interactive licenses for Daz content,  are shown on the sale page for each product. There are some products which don't have interactive licenses,  which means the creator doesn't want their items used in games.

Additional question. Is old "Indie Game Developer License" still valid?
Product description is unreachable in product library but it still shows in my product list. I'm still playing around as hobby projects but want to check if I'm covered with that license if I want to release something.

I have also purchased this  old "Indie Game Developer License" for Daz Originals long time ago and I assume, it is still valid.

I just do not know, if it apply to all Daz Originals products, purchased after I got this license.

From what I read the old Game Developer licenses are still valid with their original terms, and should cover new items released by those vendors. You simply can't purchase them anymore.

If you want an official answer though I suggest you open a support ticket to ask Daz directly.
