I now have 14 non functioning products from Daz. I have submitted work tickets and had no responses from them. This tells me Daz has gone full blown corporate and they don't care that they are selling defective products.    Since there has been no responce from Daze I must assume that they overwhelmed with defective products or they just don't care. I mean they got your money and it takes an act of god to get it back.  Good luck people.

If it tells you that then it is being dishonest - what it should tell you is that Daz has an enormous stack of tickets to deal with, following the store issues in particular, and is prioritising sales related tickets since many of those involve users' money. Yes, there have been download issues - sometimes, though not always, trying again at a quieter time may help, and the web team is working on them.

This is a store issue rather than a Daz Studio issue so I am moving it to the Commons, and closing it as there is a thread (which Daz people are monitoring when possible) on site issues here https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/447446/store-issues-known-problems-please-read#latest
