Calling Dreamlight Problem with Short Skirt Shaders DIM download

I purchased Short Skirt Shaders on 11/9 and downloaded it.  There are 2 downloads in DIM but neither of them download the shaders folder.  I sent a ticket Tursday and was informed that it weas fixed but there are still two downloads in DIM that are 361.9 MB each.  One downloads a notes file and two .wmv files.  The second download only downloads the 2 .wmv files.  No shader folder download when downloaded through DIM.  I have sent two replies to the ticket stating that it is not fixed that have been ignored by DAZ Help so Val, I am posting here hoping that you can get to the bottom of this.
