    what the mistery of your top video card, is so difficult to say RTX 3090 Founders Edition or you are Linus Sebastian disguised with some Prototype of Vega AMD card?

    Basic Open CL in Daz Studio is incredibly fast.  The light and textures aren't as compelling, but if you are looking for a more 'cartooney' look...

    Not sure what you are even talking about. Only the very lowest end Pascal cards have less than 6Gb of VRAM (3gb 1060, 1050ti, 1050 and 1030). So you seem to be talking about very old HW not recent generation low to medium tier GPU's. 

    My GPU was working till yesterday without any problem. This GPU is one of the best selling GPU at present, or may be it is the best selling GPU ever. Currently available at Amazon with tags Amazon's Choice, more than 5000 ratings and most of them are 5 and 4 star.

    Say what it is because your vagueness is telling me that it is some low end card.

    I know you know it is some low end card, because I know you or your expertness. However fact is Iray just withdraw suppot for a GPU which is previously supported and currently available to purchase everywhere and even while other GPU render engines still working for that card.

    Not true, I have a 2019 or 2020 year model PNY GeForce GTX 1650 Super 4GB and well you can see from the name it has less than 6GB RAM.

    I switched to Blender and Cycles because I had exactly the same opinion about Iray.

    Honestly if you want to use luxrender (the render engine reality linked to) your best bet by far is to export to blender. You can download luxrender (now known as luxcorerender) for blender. Although at that point your probably better off using cycles. Luxcore is even more unintuitive than iray when it comes to sss and skin

    It will be useless because gamers are probably not using it, even if they use, Iray is probably unknown to them. Renderers also probably not using it, even if they are using it, they are probably using it with Blender only and Cycle render is working fine with this card.

    It is Nvidia Geforce GT 710. It is fully functional with Blender and can render small and medium scenes easily.

    On the other hand even it lack CPU denosing. I wish a day will come when DS include Cycles render engine or Daz Store integrated with Blender like it is currently integrated with Das Studio.

    It was given to me free & it's better than the 1080 TI everyone in the DAZ forums were gaga about 3 or 4 of years ago (except for the only 4GB RAM part that is). I've decided to upgrade though, and this one I'll have to pay my own money for, to a 3060 12GB if the rumour isn't bull and they available from places other then hardware scalpers.

    And I purchased that card without anything in mind or  just for better video playback, the then myself was a noob to 3D world and then I found Blender and then Daz Studio.

    Iray probably started giving problems for 4GB cards too because probably almost all VRAM are occupied by Iray junk.  If you can wait then easily avoid hardware scalpers also I hope you will find an excellent deal for a RTX card within few months. Lot of opportunity ahead BF, TG, CM etc.

    I get faster results in Blender's Cycles with the same hardware. I didn''t have to buy a better gfx card and so saved lots of cash

    Sure there's a learning curve, but now I can have a figure exported and ready to use in Blender in around five minutes.

    As far as I know your CPU is also a beast a quick render 128 iteration with denoising just matter of seconds. Result is more than acceptable. On the other hand CPU denoising not available at all with Iray.

    That is why you should never buy a card based off star ratings and the like.

    Since you clearly think you know better I will not waste my time explaining why it was bad the day it launched but it was.
