Light Presets gone: What to do?

Here's my problem this time. I can't access any of my light presets or UberEnvironment. Is there any way to fix this?

    Have you installed "Default Lights and Shaders for DAZ Studio" ?

    That preset tab is an extension of the Smart Content system. Is your Smart Content working?

    I did, and installed it into the "My Library" folder, which doesn't seem to work for some reason.
