I've seen that case and can't say I'd recommend it to a customer but I'm not a big fan of that look, writing that unironically with my wife's new o11 I just built sitting in the other room.
But almost all cases come with crappy fans. That's why for pricey builds I lean towards Lian Li cases more and more. They just don't bother. I don't have to explain to the customer they're not any good, I don't have to spend the time pulling them and they don't spend the money they would have spent on cheap fans elsewhere.
I'm sure the average shop that fixes phones can install a new graphics card or put in RAM but a full on custom build might be a bit of a rarity for most of them.
