When will worked again on open sale tickets?

Hi,

When will worked again  on open sale tickets?

I have several open tickets – one opened 8 days ago.

There is no progress.

  • Unfortuantely since more than 4 weeks no progress here with my ticket!

    But, I am confident that it will turn out right at the end and we will be rewarded and I look ahead :-)

    I don't know what kind of ticket yours were, but between the PC sale and the problems linked to site upgrade support must have tons of tickets to process, so longer delays than usual are to be expected.

  • When you sign into the "help" page, clicking on your name will present the opportunity to check all your tickets. If you feel it's taking too long or whatever, you can post again on the same ticket. There is no need to make tickets for tickets ;-)

    the problem is that there is stucking money on tickets / orders with wrong / not all reductions

    I'm sorry but probably no one on the forums can answer you, because the people doing tickets aren't monitoring the forums. They don't have time to because their job is to fix the ticket issues.  

    If you haven't already, follow Catherine's instructions for following up on tickets.

  • No it's not only you.  I sorta think that they need to shut the store down until they get things Ironed out. I've got half a dozen new products in my Product library that have no download links ( manual or otherwise.) Kinda ridiculous to have sales on products that you are unable to download and use

    Give the downloads another try. I've closed 2 of my tickets because while they did not get individually responded to, the downloads were indeed fixed :-)

    But like I read here in forum DAZ supporters / employees are here - perhaps not the ticket hendling one but others. So perhaps someone of them can answer.
    I already ask for information within the ticket but until now 10 days without progress and concrete information when someone will work on it. It makes no sense to reask within a ticket every 3 three days when noone answer.

    I cannot understand this mismanagement regarding informations. Some essential informations should be presented easy to find and not somewhere in discussions or not at all.

    Could try posting in there. People in the forums are mostly other customers such as yourself. If the sale prices weren't working - well at times the store was glitchy - I also had one ticket that was not answered. But there was no, how did you put it, money stuck on it. If this was an order purchased and the price charged was too much, one can ask for a refund of the price difference - to Store Credit - is the best/fastest/and like hay we're going to spend it anyways - option. If it was an order that was charged through at full price then that information has to be clear too, and how it is to be refunded [whether back to your method of payment or store credit].
