Grovebrook House

I am impressed by the promo pictures of Predatron's Grovebrook House https://www.daz3d.com/grovebrook-house . Is there a specific architectural style or era that this house matches? I'm guessing this is a style that one would see in London ot other UK city.

My uninformed initial reaction was row houses in Georgian London or Bath. But updated to use today.
It reminds me of when I visited Bath, England so I think it's Georgian. However, these ain't quite identical and I'm not a architecture historian. I bought the two products right away not matter what they're modeled after.
I was wondering the same thing, the house seems kind of a mixture to me. Georgian windows but with a French mansard roof; also the window surrounds seem rather French than anything. And the front door pediment and surround is neither, has a bit of an East Berlin Soviet glam architecture feel to me. Other things don't quite add up as well, but the house is still very nice, and pretty versatile after some tinkering. I also love the park that goes with it!
Grovebrook House and Grovebrook Park is reminiscent of Place des Vosges.
I think they are more London Georgian https://londonist.com/london/history/georgian-or-victorian-how-to-tell-london-s-architecture-eras
The products are both really nice, and the renders look marvelous. Unfortunately, Grovebrook Park is just another product where QA could have done better. When loading the fountain, DS complains missing a texture.
Thanks to all for the feedback.
I saw that first image you posted and thought that was the product... I was like "Holy shi.... wait... that's a photo..." I think the sign on the lawn threw me off... it looks sorta rendered... or maybe it's the font... or that translated it means "Lawn at rest"... Sleeping lawn... don't wake it up? Tragedy shall ensue?... Never wake a sleeping lawn.
Well we can report and fix.. so it's all good :)
I already raised a ticket. Same with Bodyscapes, which completely lacks any method to download and install.
A bit yes, except for the bottom of the houses. Place des Vosges buildings have arcades at street level.
Can anyone who has this product tell me how much of an interior there is? I know there is an add-on pack with more textures and a better interior but the promo images don't provide much information. Are there stairs to each of the floors? And can the house be turned into a townhouse type of home using assests from other products? Any information regarding this would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any replies.
I took some screenshots in texture shaded viewport for you:
- the house with three walls removed
- simple interior applied (included with house)
- interior and textures package only (3 images) - no house
- bottom floor corridor seen from main entrance
- back room seen from corridor
There are no stairs. I suppose those would be where the small back room is.
Thank you watchdog79. These were very helpful.
