GenX (Error creating morph from clone.)

Hello everyone, first sorry about my English, is bad.

So, I have a problem with GenX, I researched about it, but I found nothing.
when I'll do "Trasfer", GenX don't works

I have Michael4, Anubis INJ and Genesis 2 male

I would like to trasfer Anubis INJ to Genesis 2 Male
anyone can help me?

    Do you own Michael 4 for Genesis 2 Male?

    I believe this is required for GenX2 to transfer a Michael 4 character to G2M.

    What Anubis is this?

    The only one I can find in the store is Anubis, which is a Genesis character, not a Michael 4 character.
