Does "Simple Godrays" provide features that "Expanded Godrays" lacks?

I already own https://www.daz3d.com/expanded-godrays-celestial-bodies by Marshian and Sickleyield.  https://www.daz3d.com/simple-godrays is in PC-for-a-Day.  Is it worth getting Sinple Godrays, or is that redundant?
