Installation always a pain

I love Daz3D, but the installation is always a pain. stalls, wrong directories, assets not loaded, files not found..... I decided just to nuke everything Daz3d on my computer including the registry and do a fresh install... same as last it hangs on this (see attachment)... "Installation will begin after previous installation".

what previous installation?!? no progress bar it just hangs there.

I imagien there's more of the message, but it's clipped by the layout - are you using larger than default fionts?

Trying to manually expunge DS can cause issues if it has left relics you don't notice.
