How do I check on the number of polgyons my figure has exactly?

    Go to Window > Panes (Tabs) > Scene Info

    A little window will pop up giving lots of info on vertices and faces. You can dock it at the bottom the Scene pane if you want to use it a lot, or just close it again when you are done.
