I will start this off that I really do like the RDNA website/store............but I did get a chuckle that in their "Grand-Reopening" email, they have in the main graphic a product that Stonemason is culling because it is too old to be relevant LOL
I saw this and thought "Urban ruins? What about Urban Ruins 2 and 3?"
Then I looked through my stuff and realized there was no "Urban Ruins" series, and I had the "Rubble" series: Rubble 1: Urban Ruins, Rubble 2: Suburban Ruins, and Rubble 3: Hipster Ruins (or something like that. Which one had Jar Jar in it?)
Now I'm looking at the "Jungle Ruins" series and this "Urban Sprawl" that so many people here just spoke so highly of.
hi guys, just a heads up that these models will soon be retired, prices have been slashed, these are very old models, quality isn't on par with latest releases etc etc...
I don't get it. All this stuff is unbelievably useful. If you don't want people to see it on the first page of your department, can't you and DAZ arrange it for you to have them display on the last page? Or split it and create a "vendor proxy" like Stonemason Oldschool or something similar? Gosh, people will miss it. Seriously.
Oh, well. I got a steal for Jungle Ruins 1-2. They seem to complement (Retun to- and) Enchanted Forest, Streets of Asia and Modular Ruins. And Fantasy Castle. And Fantasy House. Oh my, such a lot of goodies.
Thanks for the classy way you handle this: Giving public notice in advance alone is fantastic, but arranging discounted pricing for those who still want to grab the items is above and beyond. I was surprised to see that I didn't have the Aquatic Containment facility, so that's in the cart, but I have the others I wanted. (Mind you, looking at what Urban Sprawl is selling for now and thinking of what I paid for it originally makes my wallet want to sob a bit, but....)
I totally agree it is outstandingly mature of Stefan.
