Thorn for Landon 8 main promo outfit and long hair?

Does anyone know what outfit and long hair are used on the main promo image of Thorn for Landon 8, please?

I know the hat and the cane are included with the character (which is awesome), but I would love to be able to use the same outfit too. I like the hair too.
