Problem with purchase

Hi all,

 

I tried to buy Ava Hair for Genesis 8 female one week ago, on October 9, but the checkout process failed and I've been billed from Paypal anyway. I sent an email to [email protected] with a screenshot of my Paypal bill  but I didn't get a respond yet. Is it normal to wait a week and still don't get an answer from the sales team? What can I do to get the things done?
