Suggestions for moving morphs

Since I've commited to just using the Gen 8 stuff, now I was wondering what is the best practices for moving older morphs/characters to Genesis 8.  Would it be something like GenX to Genesis 3 then to Genesis 8 or something else?

Has anyone else tried this?

    I'm going to assume this is something that has already been discussed, so point me to some forums. :)

    There are several options for morphs:

    • Use GenX and its add-ons to convert to G3 then either Zev0 Xtransfer or RiverSoft Art G3F to G8F or G3M to G8M character converter to go from G3 to G8
    • Use GenX and its add-ons to convert to G2 then RiverSoft Art G2F to G8F or G2M to G8M character converter to go from G2 to G8

    For textures you'll need Cayman Studios Legacy UVs products
