Vray convert problem and duplicate model(s)

Hi Folks

The "convert to vray material" option does absolutely nothing for me:

Creates a multisub material, but no vray mtl in sight - it's all standard. Why?

Also: why is there a rotated copy in Tpose, laying on the floor? How is it deleted?

I have this same exact problem... materials only show up properly on the face, but not the eyes.  Did you ever find a solution?
