gift card how long do i need to wait for it????????

Does somebody from daz staff read this forum? It is the second time. I bought gift card and didn't received. Now the sale will be finished soon and I will get it when not needed. Unbelievable

    Yeah had encounted the same issue before. Contact sale support to get it fixed. Might take a few days to get it sorted but there is always another sale, that could be even better.

    Usually no. The forums are user to user, if you want to report a problem with one of your purchases to Daz you need to open a support ticket.
