After a lot of people mentioned the intel denoiser I downloaded it but since I am nnot a programmer or know about computer science, how do I use the intel denoiser?

follow the instructions on that page regarding installation and setup
You render your image with DAZ and save it in a lossless image format like PNG
Outside of DAZ you start the Intel denoiser command from the command line
Or you can use an additional graphical user interface to start the denoiser: https://taosoft.dk/software/freeware/dnden/
