Daz and Secondlife.

Hi all,
I have been experimenting with exporting G8F into Secondlife.
If I were to start with the G8F Dev Load Figure, then edit the UV to the Secondlife supported one, create a custom skin from scratch, and a custom shape from scratch, then sell the head/body, would this be allowed and comply with the Daz Studio ToS?
My rhetoric is that since I am using only the dev load, which is created solely by Daz and a fundamental asset, that it would comply with the buyer's agreement on Daz's end.
I know with certainty for products that aren't created by Daz aren't allowed to be sold in virtual clients, but I am wondering if there is an exception for the base.
Attached is the head in SecondLife :)

No, it would not be allowed. Sorry.
Ah, that's unfortunate. Thanks for the help!
Regardless of Daz licencing my understanding is that the Second Life TOS allows them to do whatever they like with any uploaded assets...
Yeah, I was under the impression that the Daz TOS forbade any usage in Second Life for this reason.
