Missing file in 4.6 Built in content issue / GSE?

Hi,

After updating to 4.6 I just bought the Chroft apartment complex. On opening it I get a missing file:

/data/DAZ 3D/Built-in Content/Glass/Caustic Glass.dsf

From reading forum threads It seems this should be part of Genesis Starter Essentials? but it isn't. I just redownloaded and reinstalled the Starter package and there is no "Built-in Content" directory in my data/DAZ 3D directory. This directory doesn't exist in the IM00014812-01_GenesisStarterEssentials.zip file.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

It's in the Default Lights and Shaders package.
