I bought, but haven't really played with yet, RSSY Iray to 3Delight Converter And Merchant Resource, so I admittedly don't know how it works, yet. But I'm about to buy a bunch of stuff and wanted to know if the product also converts add-on textures that often accompany the base product, in this case, clothing.

I've used their convertor as well as Vyktoria's set. They both convert things just fine. But only after you've applied them.
Someone may chime in with a simpler method, but I do know this one works.
Say you load and fit an item and convert it, then decide to change to a different texture set. Change it, check the surfaces tab again and see whether it's reverted back to Iray. If it has, run the converter again.
It isn't universal. Sometimes once something has been converted it stays converted. But a lot of the time if the texture thinks it ought to be Iray, it will revert.
However, you can do an end run around that by manually applying the new texture in the scene tab, after the item's been converted. Like, say, the item is set up for matt zones for the front, back, sleeves, collar, cuffs, and trims. You can select them, go up to the top of the pop-up in the diffuse tab and say 'Browse', navigate to where the texture files live and choose the one you want. You can mix among the available options if you want.
And, of curse, if you convert an item, you probably may need to manually apply the bump and displacement maps, or spec, or whatever.
I've found that both sets of converters seem to lose the channel for Normals. There may be a way to get it back, but I haven't found it yet.
