DIM install failure issue - resolved

I have a now-crowds product that I am trying to install to a portable drive, where I already have installed other now-crowd products.  For some reason, I am getting "install failed" errors using DIM.  Any thoughts about how I might figure out what is going wrong?

    Did you check the device to see if there is enough room? I just had to buy a 5TB external for my laptop because my runtime has grown too large.

    Yes, I checked that.  I have no idea what the issue might be.

    Which product is it?  Does it say anything in the log or helper log?

    After I restarted my computer a couple times and everything is fine. Thank you.
