Anyone else get a mail about Victoria 6 being free?

I received an email on my academic email (connected to a Daz account I use for teaching) that V6 could be downloaded for free. Yet when I click the link she's not. Also it is interesting that the email I received on the account connected to my Plat+ account said nothing about V6 being free. Any ideas what is going on?
