Is it possible to move start of animation?

Lets say the original starts at frame 0, ends at frame 100. But moving it so it starts at frame 50 instead of frame 0?

You could save the animation as an animated pose (File->Save As->Pose Preset->Select Frames you want to save), clear the animation and then go to frame 50 and load the animated pose.
