What is Scene Builder?

When I downloaded the update for DS4.6 (not beta), I've got a file for SceneBuilderforDAZStudio but I can't find any information about what it does.

    Go to Help > Home, and you will see an icon for Scene Builder at the bottom.

    There is an explanation at the top of the Scene Builder page. It is just an easy way to select one of the prebuilt scenes.
