Fix / block position

Hello, I'm a beginner in this wonderful software.
I am in facing with a problem that I couldn't solve:
I would like to fix part of the body in a certain place (mainly the feet), however is shaking or even moves in X or Y when the character moves (example: sitting movement).

So, I need to fix EACH FRAME. :(

I already searched all over the internet, but so solutions.

Can you help me?

I bought this script! This script fix [in position] only one of feet at time, not the both.
It helps a lot, but not completely.
