    It should be pretty easy -- use the LIE editor to adjust the size and position.

    It may not (I can't say for sure!)  run the script properly onto a G8, especially with iray materials, but you can easily manually apply an LIE layer and nudge the position to where you'd like it.

    I'm not sure you'd need the legacy UVs - the file is usually a transparency, and you can relocate it wherever you'd like by dragging it or using the sliders in the LIE panel.
