Seeking old figure Aiko3 eyelashes UV Template

This is almost 2 decades old, I know !  But I am testing some of my Cycles surface celshaders (for use in Poser software) and I want to get the template for her eyelashes.  I've got Snow Sultan's UV templates, but they are for head and body only. Daz3D does not appear to have released templates for the lashes. Any idea if anyone has made UVs ? Thanks.
