I've made that mistake before...submit a ticket and they should help you out.
I can confirm...purchased Ashan 8 Pro Bundle, three add-ons...and got one G8 Pro Bundle, two G3 Pro Bundles, and 3 G2 Pro Bundles all for ~$39 (with purple banner).
Well, the deal isn't nearly as sweet for someone who owns all of the pro bundles, but...I'm weighing getting him anyway.
I have all the bundles I'd actually want...but it's nice to have some decent extras.

Not necessarily. You could pick out the bundles you want and submit a ticket to Daz explaining that the terms were unclear, and request that those be added to your library. Also, for future reference, it never hurts to add things to add things to your cart, just to see how the pricing shakes out. I thought it might be an error, and they meant for it to be only one of the three, so I double-saved my cart (web page and PDF) and checked out quickly.

He's a really beautiful figure and his shape is very distinctive when used with different skins. I didn't have time to play around much, but he's got Ytar's textures here (the other chara is Lucian with textures from Mousso's Vernon).

Yes, so he's got those whiter-than-white Daz teeth, lol, but his skin textures are absolutely stunning and as a person of mixed Middle Eastern heritage I'm deeeeelighted to see representation. I'd say my male family members look like him, but they don't -- I'm sure they wish they did though!! haha
So, I went all in: I've just bought him with three add-ons, the free 1 x G8, 2x G3, and 3x G2 bundles and 10 of the additional 50% off select PA items using the STOCKIN-UP coupon and the additional 20% purple banner... grand total of the cart was $1,143.31 aaaaaaand I paid $56.69.
Now THAT'S what I call a new release sale that's too good to pass up on -- thank you, Daz! I hope this is what they will do going forward rather than the $X free DOs as they've previously been doing. This sale format offers amazing value for money and great "buy in" flexibility for individual customers.
So I was filling my cart and the prices for the extra pro bundles are now full price.
Ah I see. I had one bundle from each category by generation in my cart and now the deal is one only. Lame to make changes while I'm in the process of purchasing.
I nearly bought a bunch of the Philosopher's stuff a couple days ago when it first went on sale, but couldn't really justify the purchase, especially since they were mostly animation-oriented products and I don't do animation yet. Fast forward to today, when I could get another 50% off those same products, and a few others joined the original batch in the cart. I spent less today on Ashan 8 Pro, three add-ons, six other pro bundles and ten Philosopher products than I was considering spending on six Philosopher products and a couple sundries a few days ago.
I missed Priest of the Sun Expressions for Genesis 8 Male and Ashan 8 add-on. It wasn't in the list earlier.
Well, you have a couple of options.
1) Open a help ticket to customer service and explain that because you misunderstood the ad wording you didn't get the free Genesis 2 and 3 Pro bundles. Tell them which ones you want. While they are not obligated to give them to you they are usually very nice and may add them to your product library.
OR
2) Repurchase you original order with the extra free Pro bundles. Then with DAZ's 30 return policy you can request a refund of your original order

And just like that, maybe the best pro bundle offer I've seen since I've started shopping here is....still pretty good, actually.
Does that mean that those of us who checked out earlier got way more through the offer than we were supposed to get?

I'll say this. Giving away multiple Pro Bundles past with the purchase of new pro bundles keeps me buying. I am nothing if not a completist. My cart value was just under a grand of stuff for $34.95.

pretty good deal Ashan 8 pro plus 3 addons, 1 free G8Pro, 2 G3 pros, 3 G2 Pros, + up to 10 items from the friends of daz with 50% extra off on top of the discounts already though I only picked 5 still added up came to $55.66 which was $85.23 Australian. So kinda glad I missed out on that $1.99 glitch yesterday gotta say those Z bonus sale products great deal what got in them
One thing I notice with this character is the promos are all distorted in the face. I wish people who make promos would learn to use the camera. The figure's face is hugely distorted in a lot of these... Especially the expression set. It is is frightful
Anyone knows which Outfit is used in the Promos?
