They count as New for 60 days, I believe.
60 days, but they only have the introductory discount in the first two weeks.
Two weeks for the extra 30%. No other discounts are applicable (unless explicitly stated) until 60 days (or two months?) after release. The product thumbnail will show a green "New" flash in the upper right corner during that time.
