Empty PM Inbox Despite Message Notification via E-Mail

Is anyone else having trouble viewing their private messages?  I got an e-mail a day or two ago saying I'd received a message and displaying the text of that message, but when I try to view it in My Account, my Inbox appears to be empty.  Even clicking on the link given in the e-mail yields the same result.  The same happened with a message I got several months ago, but since this time, the sender specifically asked for my help, I'd really like to respond.

That is a forum PM that you received, not a Daz site mail.
Click on your name ← under your avatar image,  and then clcik on the blue gear icon on the right hand side   and then clcik on inbox,
