DAZ 3D Install manager crashes on product download

I know I'm not the first one to post this problem but I am trying to download my purchases through the Install manager. However, I see my product and it says ready to download.  But the software namely "install manager", crashes every time I press download.  Long story short I can't download my PAID for products and even update the DAZ 3D application without the install manager crashing.  Is there a website? Yes, but when I copy my bug and try to report it, the website says 404 error.  Truly lost here but I will upload my crash here please help or at least tell me how I can get my money back.
