I updated to 4.12 but doesnt work, here the log file.

What do you see on screen? It's presumably at least going trhough the splash screen, does that stay or does it go and the main UI fail to appear? What do you see if you hover over the TaskBar button, assuming that is there? What security software are you running? Is daz Studio listed in Task Manager or has it gone from there too? If it is listed then in the list of running applications or in the list of processes below that?
