Install Manager keeps disconnecting

After a clean HD wipe and a DAZ and all of the software and plugins associated with it (including the install manager), I keep getting this message if I want to download more than one item at a time:
"Install Manager has lost the connection to the DAZ store- a network error occured......."

I tried uninstalling- and reinstalling it and trying to turn it off and on again and my cat walking over the keyboard, but none of it helped.
What's going on with my install manager? :(

    I just downloaded 19 items with no issue. Maybe check your internet connection. If it even goes out for a split second it will disconnect

    I get it if I let DIM hang there for a bit. It's like there's some internal timer that causes it to auto-disconnect after a certain period of time.

    I've been going through my purchases downloading the PoserCF for some of my items, and by the time it takes me to look up some products and go through the list checking them off.. it's dc'ed when I go to hit download.

    Here's what I get in the log after it happens:


    Network Error during authentication.
    Json Parser (1,1): Syntax error - expected '{' or '['
    Unable to login customer during authentication.
