my account password and download manager don't seem to be the same

I have been trying to upload Daz on a new computer and 1. the link on the Daz download page seems broken, and 2 Download manager seems to have a different password than my account. I can log into Daz, buy things and log out, but device manager hasn't worked in a long time, now it seems i can't get studio downloaded without Device Manager? help please/
