"Login failed" and "resource error"

Hey guys! 

 I'm a newcomer so first of all, nice to meet you lol

Sorry to bother you with that, i've cheked on the internet for this kind of problem but it doesn't work for me so. (Should i precise that i'm not really clever enough so it's can be a reason why nothing worked for me so far?). 

Soo! When i open Daz Studio, i first have a message saying "A valid PostgreSQL CMS connestion could not be established [...]" and when i try to login, i just have a little box sayin "connextion failed" (don't know if it's useful but i've add screenshots)

I finally gave up, and then, i was suddenly able to connect, but i still had this error about postgresql error. So i've uninstall everything, and reinstall it again, and the connexion failed came again. (I honestly don't know why it suddenly worked because i haven't done anything special, but well, it doesn't work anymore so i don't know.)

So, i've checked about that on the internet, uninstalled the postgresql from the installer several times and reinstall it, it doesn't worked. I've also changed the CMS port to 1024 as i've seen somewhere, but it doesn't worked, i've checked my firewall, antivirus and had no warnings about it and add every folders in the exlusion list to be sure, and i've changed my password, but it still doesn't work. 

I know i'm probably just a stupid person who doesn't understand simple things, but i could really need you help! I don't know what else to do, and actually, i'm totally new for this kind of things, but i don't want to give up now, and i don't want to do things that could make everything worse than it already is. What am i missing? 

By the way, english is not my first language and i'm really bat at it, but i hope it's still understandable. 

Thanks for you help, and sorry, i guess there's already a lot of posts about that kind of error but i still can't figure out what's wrong.

    The PostgreSQL failure is the cause of the login failure.  What Operating System are you using, and did you install Daz Studio using Daz Install Manager or with a stand-aloe installer?  Did it work previously, or is this the first time you're using it?

    I'm on windows 10 and i've installed Daz Studio from Daz Install Manager
    And no, this is the very first time i'm using it!
