I need to change my email address. Changing the address in my account settings looks straightforward but I use the address to log in and I've bought a lot of stuff here. I don't want to mess things up and lose access to all the stuff I've bought. Is there anything I should be wary of here?

Just change here and in DIM/Connect/Daz Central (whichever you use to install stuff) - in DIM you may need to create a new account, with dummy data, and make it the active one in order to edit the maina ccount (that used to be the case, but I haven't had to do it for quite a while). The only issue is that any ZenDesk (support) tickets will still be tied to your old account, but it is possible to temporarily revert the store account to access them if need be then switch back for shopping etc.
I've had to do that a month or two ago. You don't loose any products you bough but you should change the address at DAZ 3D.com first not that it matters if you change DIM or DAZ Studio 1st, they'll just fail to log in until you update the DAZ3D.com account.
You will loose your old tickets with Customer Support.
I've been doing business with DAZ for 20 years. I've changed my email address a few times. I don't recall any troubles. I got my first Mac computer in 2007. I've used my free Apple email address ever since. It doesn't matter if I have a new Internet Provider or not.
Thank you all for your advice. I changed my email address in the store, DIM and Studio It all went well without problems, everything seems to be working OK.
I had my original address since I started using the internet, it was moved to another provider when my original ISP stopped doing email but they just announced that the arrangement for using that address is about to expire.
And I just noticed that my automatically assigned avatar has changed. I rather liked the old one which was why I never bothered to make my own. Not sure about the new one, I'll give a while and think about it.
