outoftouch Mega Updo Hair - Normal Map missing

Don't know whether outoftouch is checking the forums but the product Mega Updo Hair reports a missing normal map (ootutilitymegaupdocapn.jpg) whenever I try to apply a preset. Is there an update available? DIM doesn't show one.

Just tried MegaUpdo. Loaded all the dufs one by one. No message. All good.
My MegaUpdoHairBase>Surface Cap has no normal map.
Nor do I see one in the texture folder. Just looked for a usual blue normal map among the sea of Mats. Nothing on my install.
Maybe uninstall all/reinstall?
I have the same Problem only when select the Preset`s, then came the missing texture message. Yes, even after an uninstall and reinstall.
The file list for the product does not list that texture. You should probably submit a ticket because I do not believe that vendor frequents the forums.
