can't access pose controls in daz 4.12 mac

on older versions of daz i could access pose controls like Eyes Closed and Face Pose Presets but in 4.12 i can't see them at all. i just installed daz on my bootcamp and i can see pose controls there, but not on my mac, anyone got a solution? (there is no section within Parameters, or Posing, and when I load previous save files that include Eyes Closed it doesn't show at all, i move the slider up and down and the eyes stay wide open) thanks

Are the content directory settings the same on both machines? How was the content installed, and under which of the OSes?
