Can't run more than one DAZ

I just recently upgraded to 4.12.1 and I can't lauch a second copy of DAZ. Did something change or is it an issue with my PC?

You understand "4.12.1" doesn't actually refer to any version of Studio?

or it refers to all the builds of a sub-version.
