Attachable street lights?

In my province, and likely in many provinces in Canada, there are plenty of occurrences of street lights attached (screwed on) to wooden utility poles (telephone poles, as grandparents call them), or steel poles.  These street lights have a boom (pipe in which the wire goes through) with a  head (the light) on the end.

I am wondering if there are any such attachable street lights available for purchase, or even better, download for free?

    picture?
I think what you want would be simple
I did these for my projects but the hard part was creating them at a level where the lights are all one object -- making it easy to change over all light..>
but these are modeled mostly after old NYC lamp posts ..
so you have a picture of what you're looking for?

Not free, but cheap if you're PC+, there's a telegraph pole with a street light on it in this set:

As I recollect, all the telegraph poles and wires in that set are in one single object, so you have to get busy with the geometry editor if you just want to use one of them (or even just use the streetlight bit).
