X-Fashion Warrior Kimono outfit is badly weightmapped.

I picked up the X-Fashion Warrior Kimono outfit and finding some bad weightmapping issues on the kimono itself. When I bend the hand about it's tearing  the mesh of the sleeve. When I bend the hand upwards the wrist and formarm poke through the sleeve. Also the left hand of the kimono's weightmap also has part of the upper arm and elbow weightmapped. Can someone else please confirm they're seeing this too before I drop in a ticket? Daz Q&A really keeps going downhill :-/

    It's worse than I thought, now that I look at it closer. The vendor's outfit has every single joint of the hand and fingers included and weightmapped, moving the tip of the pinky will actually impact the sleeve angry. I'm starting to think this vendor just did an asset transfer and called it a day.

    This thread says it is dForce. Have you tried simulating?

    If it doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from day of purchase to return it for a refund. To do so, create a help request. Customer Service at Daz is super friendly and no hassle. Don't be shy about contacting them. They get busy during sales periods and it can sometimes take a couple days to get beyond the automatic "we got your request" stage. Then a very nice real live person will handle your request.

    I have, but it's hard for dforce to simulate against a wrist that is poking through the clothing. Dforce only works if the clothing is outside the body and not in it. There's a difference between the product didn't meet your expectation and the product was made badly. The former is a refund, the latter needs to be correct or pulled from the store. There shouldn't be weightmapping attached to the hand joint that affects the upper arm area of the clothing.

    I make my own clothes, so it's easy to spot weighmapping where it shouldn't be. I'll drop in a ticket, but this should serve as a warning for other to save their cash until it's fixed.

    dForce simulation starting from the memorized basic A pose to your bent arm pose should avoid the hand poking through problem. But you shouldn't have to struggle to make a product work. I hope it gets fixed, but I'd sure track the 30 days and return it if it's not fixed by then.
