Character ID?

Sent a message to artist, but haven't heard back. Hoping someone can ID the character from Anagord promo image:

    I messaged Anagord about a character once, and she never got back to me. I issued a support ticket, and the rep responded that English is not Anagord's native language, and that she, the rep, would initiate contact for me. A few days later, Anagord responded, and man, she REALLY bent over backwards for me and you will not find a sweeter person.

    BTW, Anagord loves Jorja's skin... that's probably it on one of her custom characters.

    I also contacted her a while ago at Renderosity sitemail about a product she used in a promo, she responded within two days.
