Help with Flash Sales

Hi. Can anyone tell me how to make the special time limited Flash Sales discounts register in the sales cart. They used to just appear when something was put in but over the past several months  -   Nothing.

... and if the sale is over the page needs to be removed or at least include an ending time. I don’t think that is the problem but how can I know?

    I heard they're having connection problems today.  It may be that the banners aren't propagating to all the Cloudflare servers quickly enough.

    Thanks Fixmypcmike. I got the part about connection problems but the rest is Greek, and I’m not Greek.  Maybe they regularly have similar problems during these sales and if so, maybe the time limit is not such a good idea.

    In 4 hours you had plenty of time to purchase the content.

    It's not the first flash sale, it's always at the same hours. There is also a topic which can send you notifications. 

     

    If you miss it, don't regret it because there is always another sale.

    Cloudflare is a service that has distributed servers around the world.  The DAZ 3D site gets distributed to all these servers, so that DAZ 3D is available even if portions of the internet go down.  So when you look at the banner ads, you're seeing what your nearest Cloudflare server has received from DAZ 3D.  When you click on the banner to see the products on sale, that has to go to DAZ 3D, because it has to hide products you already own, which is going to be different for everyone.  If there's a delay getting the updated banners to all the Cloudflare servers, you might see a banner which has expired.

    Thanks for the heads up on these things being scheduled.I didn’t know.

    I was not bothered by missing a sale. I was bothered by my inability to GET the sale price to register in the cart. I’m triggered  when I can’t get things to work.
