I Lost everything!

I'm not sure what I did.. But I lost the majority of all of my downloads and materials on the left hand side. When I click on any scenes or materials, wardrobe.. I see a very limited selection of what I had before

 

I Work IT and I uninstalled and re-installed. Went into %appData%  To hopefully clear everything out with no success.

 

I hate asking for help but I need it!

    I assume you mean in Smart Content? If you are in the Products tab of Smart Content one thing to check is the Install State filters along the bottom of the pane - you want All or Installed for day-to-day use. Are they still there in the Products list in the Content Library pane?
