X-Fashion Warrior Kimono for G8F

saw this awesome https://www.daz3d.com/x-fashion-warrior-kimono-for-genesis-8-females , and in the promos/title there's no mention nor logo of dforce. which for me means, this item is NOT dforced, and i can use it without simulation... otherwise it's a no-go with my old laptop.
usually it's always mentioned when it's compatible or even exclusively dforce, and often you can see it clearly, but here the folds fall very neatly for a non-dforce item....

am i right?

It is dForce but I have used such dForce outfits without simulating. This one looks like it falls into that category.

It's odd that it's called "dForce X-Fashion Warrior Kimono01" within Daz, but there's no mention of dForce on the product page.   It might not look quite the same as in the promos without dForce, but xtrart-3d is an excellent PA and the item should still fit just fine without it.

Always a good lesson to have the content titled and a good description. I purposely passed on this immediately because it had no mention of dForce. For loose clothing like this, without it it's very hard for me to justify the purchase.

*cough*.. yup, if i had read the docs... this is embarrassing XD. thanks for pointing it out!
i also have used dforce outfits (freebies) that were absolutely useless without dforce - a poncho looked beautiful in the promos (which stated clearly you need dforce, the creator wasn't to blame but my curiosity/greed) but without simulation it was more of a plushy frisbee... but i've also seen as you said outfits which worked fine with/out because they had enough morphs. the ones listed on the product page are a bit ambiguous... the product page is not optimal.

    ah well, wishlisted ~

So you have tried draping it? it mentions nothing about dforce other than the wording in DS. Either that needs to be edited, or the description needs to be edited since it is very confusing.
