Link to Support ticket invalid

Hi Folks, I opened a ticket against installation of Measure Metrics earlier today and just figured out that my v4.12 of Daz needed to be updated to a newer version of 4.12 for the plugin to register correctly. That was annoying, because the plugin said it supported 4.12+ (not a specific level of 4.12.)

With my issue resolved, I wanted to close the ticket. I placed the ticket somehow without being logged in at the time (not sure how or why), but re-logged back in afterwards and of course the ticket didn't show up under my account. Not only that, but the link to my issue doesn't work, so I have no access to the ticket at all: it only shows me an "oops" page. I suspect this is an access issue, where my usual ID is not enabled to view the ticket.

My email matches between the ticket and my Daz account, but that doesn't help for purposes of authenticated access to the ticket. I'm not sure how to contact Daz about this ticket system issue, essentially. Given this experience, I'm a bit shy about creating yet another ticket to attempt closing the prior one.

Do not start another ticket but to find your ticket, click the 'help' at the top of this page, then scroll down to the blue area and click submit a ticket, but don't, go to the top of that page and 'sign in' {it will do so for you} then click it again to get access to all your tickets. The most recent one is at the top of the list. Click on the appropriate ticket and click in the typing box like you're going to say something, then the option to close the ticket should appear.

n.b. if it is in this area that your ticket is not showing up, then possibly it doesn't exist.

Thank you, though as I mentioned it was created without my being signed in, somehow.  So, it does not show up under my account, but I did receive a confirmation of the ticket to my email address, which I had to enter manually to get the ticket submitted.

So, something in their ticketing system felt it was created, but I have no way to access it.  Since I did not hear anything from Support in the past week, my guess is that perhaps my attempt accidentally found a hole in their ticketing flow and is not accessible to them, as well.

For some reason log-ins do not carry over to ZenDesk - I think I had this n another site that sues the saem system a couple of weeks ago. Click the Sign In link and it will update to reflect your account.

Thanks Richard, it unfortunately cannot find the ticket after I sign in, either.

I've essentially given up on this particular ticket and created another one - this time, while explicitly logged in.  As you mentioned, single sign-in with the ticketing system doesn't seem to be operating fully at the moment, as I have to explicitly click the sign-in button for it to recognize my authenticated session.  This time, the ticket does show up under my Activity listing, so all is good.
